ParonSoft Solutions Ltd. ("ParonSoft", "we", "us" or "our") is a Bangladesh-based software development company serving clients in Bangladesh and international markets. We provide custom software, web and SaaS development, AI and automation, e-commerce solutions, mobile applications, dedicated offshore development teams, application modernization, SQL Server optimization and related consulting and lifecycle support.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal information when you visit paronsoft.com, submit a consultation request, communicate with us or otherwise make a business enquiry. A separate client agreement, employment notice or project-specific privacy requirement may apply where relevant.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you submit our consultation form or contact us directly, we may collect your full name, business email address, company name, country, service of interest, project stage, project description and any other information you choose to include in your message or subsequent correspondence.

Technical and security information. Our website and hosting systems may automatically process limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, referring page, diagnostic logs and security events. We use this information to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website and to prevent spam, fraud and misuse.

Please do not send passwords, financial account details, government identification numbers, health information, production credentials, confidential source code or other highly sensitive information through the public contact form. If a project requires sensitive data, we will agree on an appropriate secure channel and contractual safeguards.

The website uses an essential session cookie named .ParonSoft.Session. It supports website and form functionality, is marked HTTP-only and expires after a period of inactivity. Because it is required for core operation, it is not used for advertising.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or website analytics trackers. If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising or similar technology in the future, we will update this policy and provide any notice or consent mechanism required by applicable law.

5. Contact-Form Security and Email Delivery

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. During verification, Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address and browser or device signals under its own privacy terms. Successful enquiries are delivered to ParonSoft through our configured email and hosting infrastructure, and an acknowledgement may be sent to the email address you provide.

6. When We Share Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share contact-form information with third parties for their independent direct marketing. We may disclose limited information only where reasonably necessary to:

• website hosting, email delivery, security, infrastructure and technical service providers acting for us;
• professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants or auditors who owe confidentiality duties;
• team members and approved contractors who need the information for an enquiry or contracted service and are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations;
• competent authorities when required by law, court order or a valid legal process; or

ParonSoft works with clients and technology providers in multiple countries. We retain enquiry and business-contact information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, follow up on a potential engagement, maintain business and security records, establish or defend legal claims, and meet contractual, accounting or legal obligations. Retention periods vary according to the nature of the enquiry, whether a business relationship develops and applicable requirements. When information is no longer reasonably required, we take steps to delete, anonymize or securely dispose of it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. These measures include encrypted website connections, restricted access, spam protection and secure email transport where supported. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please use appropriate care when deciding what to send online.

Subject to applicable law and any relevant exceptions, you may ask us to confirm whether we hold personal information about you, request access or correction, request deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, or raise a concern about how we handle your information. ParonSoft does not currently use contact-form details to send unsolicited marketing campaigns. You may ask us to stop non-essential communications at any time.

11. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through this website. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

12. External Websites
